Chassis Damages form

The Chassis Damages form enables you to add up to ten damage types for the chassis.

To add damages:

1. From the LOC lookup list, select the damage location.

2. From the TYPE lookup list, select the damage type.

3. From the SEVERITY drop-down list, select the severity of the damage, such as Minor or Major.

4. Optionally, in the QNTY, WDTH, LNTH, and DEEP fields, enter the quantity, width, length, and depth of the damage type.

5. Repeat steps 1-4 for each additional damage type.

To add more than five damage types, click the More button.

6. Click to add the information to the inspection record and return to the previous form.
